Mindful- A True Way

Have you ever become engaged in something and lose the feeling of you are,
You are so in that moment that there is no presence of ‘l’ or ‘myself’
Your mind gives all thinking and you have no perception,
Time passes so fast and you don’t realise,

Advance Mindful Practice

Sometimes you don’t even want to scratch your itching, you are so engaged with the thing,
Someone come around and awakes you about surrounding and you realise the temperature is so cold,
Suddenly you feel the cold and again return back to your normal consciousness.
Mystic becomes the work that he is doing, he is prayer while he prays,
He becomes walking when he walks, he becomes dancing when he dances,
Like a small child engaged in activity without thinking of day and night,
If there is some activity where you lose your mind and lift your consciousness,
Thats mindful practice, It will take you to greater realms of your soul.

If every activity that you do becomes the Mindful practice, nothing else need to be done.

Your life itself becomes gratitude, and you will cherish for being alive.
